My Approach

My approach is rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and the belief that life is an adventure full of possibilities to be discovered. It includes influences from my time working in startup culture, as well as my love for the design thinking process. I believe in asking lots of questions, challenging assumptions, keeping an open mind, and not being afraid to take action, fail, and learn along the way.

I’m also a big believer in creating systems and routines to help reinforce the new habits and behaviors developed throughout the coaching process. There’s something to be said about things like the power of using a planner to manage your time, how much easier it is to cook meals for your family when your pantry is organized, and even how listening to a mood-boosting playlist on your morning commute can put you in a positive mindset to seize the day ahead.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the possibilities together. My goal is to help you intentionally build a health-full life with clarity and confidence!

About Me

Throughout my career, I’ve coached hundreds of people towards better health, greater confidence and self-awareness, and more fulfillment in their lives. I’ve also spent over a decade helping health and wellness companies of all sizes define their mission, set goals, create systems, experiment, learn, and evolve.

Most recently, I served as COO of All Access Dietitians, a boutique private practice offering virtual nutrition counseling. Prior to that, I was a founding member of the behavioral health department at Noom, focused on developing their weight loss program and growing a team of amazingly talented health coaches.

I live on Long Island. In my free time you can find me trying new recipes in the kitchen, relaxing with a book, walking on the beach, or playing with my dog Paisley!
